Nikki is LPC LLM qualified from the University of Law having completed her qualifying LLB Law Degree at the University of Westminster in 2019. Upon completing her LPC, which focussed on commercial and litigation law, Nikki has gained valuable experience working within private practice as well as in house.
Prior to joining Keidan Harrison, Nikki worked as a Paralegal in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations department at Eversheds Sutherland whereby she assisted with a high volume of litigation cases and drafting defences on PPI claims for a well-known building society. She also worked for AmTrust International dealing with complex fire safety and structural defects insurance claims in order to assess the recoverability position for the business.
Nikki’s LLM thesis explored the need for introduction of legal reforms to address current challenges relating to the rights of individuals entering surrogacy agreements. In addition, throughout the course of her studies, she participated in various virtual work experience opportunities at Linklaters, Latham & Watkins and Baker McKenzie.
