Ben is the fifth associate to join the team here at Keidan Harrison since the firm was founded in May 2020, specialising in disputes and insolvency work. The firm has grown rapidly and now has three partners and seven other fee earners.

Ben qualified as a solicitor in October 2020 and joins from London firm Brecher LLP. His practice focuses on a variety of commercial and banking disputes, many of which have an international dimension.

Most recently, Ben has been involved in the high profile and long running litigation between Deutsche Bank AG v (1) Sebastian Holding Inc (2) Mr Alexander Vik, which has been the subject of a number of reported judgments and has developed particular expertise relating to committal applications and enforcement. Ben has also developed expertise in advising tech companies in respect of breach of confidence and breach of warranty claims arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as having experience dealing with groups of investors in respect of potential claims against financial institutions. He also has experience in undertaking costs proceedings.

“I am very pleased that Ben, a talented junior associate, has joined the Keidan Harrison team as we continue to expand to meet our current and anticipated workloads. Ben has already amassed significant experience in acting on high value and complex business disputes. We welcome him to the firm and look forward to seeing him develop his career with us”, said co-founding Partner Marc Keidan.
